About Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Vinyasa flow yoga connects the body to the breath. Each movement is done on an inhale or exhale, so that the poses flow from one to the next. Flow helps those new to yoga to have a gentle, but thorough, overall body stretch, whilst introducing the poses. For the more experienced, flow yoga keeps the body moving, lubricating the muscles, enabling the practitioner to deepen their practice
About the Teacher
Lou Castex is a certified Yoga Instructor based in London. She comes from a gymnastics background having been practising rhythmic gymnastics for 15 years. She attended her first yoga class in 2016 and instantly fell in love with the power of yoga on the body and the mind.
Today, she shares her passion through energising and soothing practices.
About the Classes
Get ready to stretch and strengthen your body. This uplifting sequence will leave you feeling centred, energised and renewed both physically and mentally.
Classes take place every Thursday evening from 7pm to 8pm.
Please arrive 10 minutes before the class starts.
- Yoga mats are provided, but please feel free to bring your own.
- Classes are drop-in, so no need to book.
- Payment is in cash and will be taken before the class.
