Mindfulness for life, online with Choden

Choden will offer four one hour mindfulness sessions over four Thursday evenings covering the following themes:

  • Maintaining presence of mind
  • Being less reactive and self-critical
  • Engendering self-kindness
  • Cultivating gratitude and appreciation

These sessions will apply both to sitting meditation practice and to daily life.

He will give short teachings, lead guided practices and explore with people how these practices resonate with their own experience.  

The classes will be online and a zoom link will be sent to participants.


Becoming a Mindfulness Teacher

The Mindfulness Association is collaborating with the University of West Scotland to run a MSc in Teaching Mindfulness and Compassion at their London Campus. This is a part time MSc over 3 years. For more details click here.
