Anxiety is part-and-parcel of the human condition. But it should come in little sporadic sparks not in permanent firestorms.

Alistair has been working for many years to find sustainable ways to bring anxiety back into controllable measures. Using tips and tricks from yoga, pranayama, energy psychology and embodied meditation, he has put together the most up-to-date version of his Anxiety course. And they work - and he himself is testament to their power. His anxiety is so much less than ever before.

The crucial thing is not to fight or to fear anxiety but to come into a relationship with it. You don't have to like those horrible feelings. But when we know what they mean and how we can metabolise them, then something opens up.

Melting anxiety is a good description of these practices. Sure, we still get anxious but those flashes of fear and panic are more spaced-out and  - most importantly - we don't buy into the thinking that pours petrol on the fire.

Spread over two days with plenty of practice time to integrate the techniques , this week will be focusing mainly on symptom reduction.

This will be first time Alistair is teaching at the beautiful London Samye Dzong centre in Bermondsey since the beginning of the lockdown in 2020.
