Join us for a cup of chai in our cosy tearoom while looking into the various difficulties that arise in our day to day experience. 

The session will start with a few minutes of silence to settle into the space, followed by some readings of teachings by Kagyu masters that relate to the mind poisons. Each evening will focus on a different mind poison. After this, anyone can share poetry or writings around these topics, and there will also be time for a chat to connect with others. Arrive before 6.45 to make sure you get a delicious warm beverage before we begin!  

The Winter Wanderings will be led by Sarah Sheehan, a practicing Buddhist of many years and our KSDL Tibetan Tearoom Manager. They will run on the following Thursdays from 19.00-20.00:

November 7 - Anger

November 21 - Greed

December 5 - Ignorance

January 30 - Desire

February 6 - Jealousy

February 20 - Pride
