About Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Vinyasa flow yoga connects the body to the breath. Each movement is done on an inhale or an exhale, so that the poses flow from one to the next.  Flow helps those new to yoga to have a gentle, but thorough, overall body stretch, whilst introducing the poses.  For the more experienced, flow yoga keeps the body moving, lubricating the muscles, enabling the practitioner to deepen their practice

 About the Teacher

Claudia Timpson discovered yoga in her late thirties, and found it helped her deal with the challenges of modern, city living. She now combines her practice with regular meditation, which is where she believes the real yoga begins. Claudia is qualified in Vinyasa Flow Yoga and is certified by the Yoga Alliance (RYT 200).

She hopes to share her joy of yoga with you, inspiring calm minds, peaceful breath and happy bodies.

 About the Classes

There are two classes that take place on Thursday evenings:

  • Beginners Yoga: 6pm - 6.50pm
  • General and Intermediate Level: 7pm - 8pm

 Please arrive 10 minutes before the class starts.

 Yoga mats are provided, but please feel free to bring your own. 

 Classes are drop-in, so no need to book.

 Payment is in cash and will be taken before the class.

£10 (£9 concessions) drop-in, or £48 (£45 concessions) for block of 6 classes, valid for 2 months.
