Transforming the Emotions with Lama Zangmo
WhoTeacher: Lama Gelongma Zangmo
From a Buddhist perspective our negative emotions are rooted in the ignorance that misapprehends reality.
Dza Patrul Rinpoche, a great 19th century Nyingmapa Master, says: “Do not chase after the object of your anger; look at the angry mind.”
During this course each of the negative emotions will be looked at in turn.
They are usually classified as such:
This course will also cover how they can be transformed into wisdom.
Participants are recommended commit to come to all the teachings.
From January 2015 all our Dharma and meditation courses will be offered without a suggested course fee.
In the Buddhist tradition one practices generosity, or Dana, by making monetary offerings for the teachings. This generosity is not payment for goods or services rendered; it is an offering given freely from the heart in appreciation of the Dharma.
Please read Lama Zangmo's letter for further information.
