The Five Strengths, with Lama Zangmo

The instructions will focus on the Mind training practice and the Five Strengths. They are a summary of the crucial points of practice in the Mahayana Instructions for How to Live and How to Die.
The course will cover the Fourth Point in the Seven Points of Mind training, as a summary of the mind training teachings. It focuses on utilizing the practice in one's whole life, as well as at the time of death.
Some previous familiarity with the Mahayana teachings is helpful in order to attend this course.
Since January 2015 all our Dharma and meditation courses have been offered without a suggested course fee.
In the Buddhist tradition one practices generosity, or Dana, by making monetary offerings for the teachings. This generosity is not payment for goods or services rendered; it is an offering given freely from the heart in appreciation of the Dharma.
