CANCELLED - Ngondro Prostration Practice Day
As a spiritual community and a place of refuge we have a responsibility to do our best to protect the wellbeing and safety of our visiting guests, our teachers and
our residential community.
In light of the coronavirus pandemic we have been closely monitoring the developing situation and, being mindful of government recommendations and also the advice from our trustees, we have decided to close the centre after Sunday 22 March. The centre will remain closed throughout April and all activities including classes, teachings and regular group practice will be cancelled during this period.
We will continue to provide updates through our website and social media.

With best wishes for your health and happiness
Come to the Centre for a day of practicing the Prostrations as part of the Ngondro. Practice days will be held on the last Sunday of each month:
It is beneficial to practice together and keep the connection with each other, the centre and Lama Zangmo. Lama Zangmo will also meet us in the first hour for a Question and Answer session if she is not already teaching.
Schedule for the Day:
10:00 - 11:00: Prostration Practice session
11:00 - 11:30: Break
11:30 - 12:30: Prostration Practice session
12:30 - 13:45: Lunch Break
13:45 - 15:00: Prostration Practice session
Please note that this day is only for people who have already taken refuge, received the practice instructions and have already contemplated the 4 Ordinary Foundations. This is purely a practice day and so no instructions for this practice will be given.
If you are interested in participating, please email the office to be added to the Prostration Practice Day mailing list.
