MEDITATION AND VISUALISATION With Clive Holmes

The wonder and colour of everyday experience can be opened up to us through increased awareness and understanding. If we can combine this with mindfulness we can come to see ordinary things in an extraordinary way. This course will aid this process by focussing on exercises of breathing meditation and visualisation, helping us to relax and improve.

Choje Akong Tulku Rinpoche’s book "Restoring the Balance" offers deep insight into how to live a happy and useful life. This course will focus on some vivid topics from the book such as freedom, our true nature, developing compassion.
