INTRODUCTION TO MEDITATION
Tuesday 2 September 7 - 8.30pm £10
This evening course will give an introduction to basic meditation techniques such as posture and the use of the breath as a focus. Suitable for all, whether Buddhist or non-Buddhist.

DEALING WITH ANGER AND THE EMOTIONS with Lama Zangmo
Sunday 7 September 10am - 5pm £30
When our minds are full of negative emotions, they can lead us to a state of unbalance and affect our mental and physical health. Through meditation and contemplation we can begin to understand where our emotions are coming from and to see them for what they are: compost for growth. Lama Zangmo will lead this course which will be a combination of instruction and meditation. Bring lunch to share.

CULTIVATING MINDFULNESS THROUGH KUM NYE PRACTICE with Anne Oversee
Saturday 20 - Sunday 21 September 10am - 4pm £55
This weekend is intended to help nourish our sense of connection with ourselves and our environment. Kum Nye is a Tibetan system of relaxation, sitting and movement practices developed over centuries to cultivate health and well-being.
Anne Overzee has been practising Kum Nye for twenty years, and she has taught Kum Nye as a staff member of Karuna Institute where it is an integral part of the Core Process Psychotherapy Training Programme.

If you would like to walk around the glorious Richmond Park, see deer roaming free and other lovely wildlife, just a short distance from central London then please sign up! All you need to do is collect a sponsor form, persuade all the people you know to pledge some money for your walk and then turn up on the day and get walking!! Children and dogs are welcome too!! All ages invited- we take it nice and steady! (walk is approx 8miles or 2 hours, bring a picnic lunch to share)
