CHANGING THE HABITS OF A LIFETIME: With Clive Holmes
Wed 18 Nov – Thu 19 Nov. 7pm – 8.30pm. £20.
It can be quite a shock to see how automatic and reactive we can be. Without realising it, we become habitual and impulsive, never stopping or allowing ourselves space to see our lives clearly. Ideally it would be great to go beyond habits altogether but realistically it is essential to first create helpful habits. These can then open the doorway to peaceful mind states. Practical advice will be given to see how habits arise, how to feed the helpful ones and abandon the unwholesome ones. We constantly need to challenge our unconscious assumptions.

Practical exercises will be given on how to maintain our core values and aims. Bring vegetarian lunch to share.
