THE SCIENCE OF HAPPINESS - "WAKE UP AND SMILE" Charlie Morley
Sat 3 Mar - Sun 4 Mar 10am - 4pm £55
In this new workshop lucid dreaming teacher Charlie Morley expands the focus from lucid dreaming to "lucid living" as part of an exploration into how we can be more awake, more aware and more joyfully happy in our daily lives.
Using a combination of scientifically verified techniques, Dharmic reflections, and creative writing exercises (all set within the framework of compassionate acceptance and psychological awakening) the workshop aims to reframe our perception of happiness and allow us to re-connect with the "gratitude attitude" of joyful acceptance.

Most of our stress and upset in life comes from problems with our relationships with family, partners, and children and with the World in general. As social animals we flourish and suffer in the context of other people.
This workshop will concentrate on the way we relate outwardly and how other people make us feel and how we can become more skilful in our dealings with the outside world.
The weekend will combine modern neurological and developmental thinking with ancient techniques of mindfulness meditation and yoga.
Please book through the office.
