CHÖD INSTRUCTIONS With Lama Zangmo
Sat 20 Feb – Sun 21 Feb, 10am – 4pm. £55
The practice of chöd is an advanced method that helps practitioners to become free of clinging to false notions regarding inherent existence of appearances and experiences and therefore of an individual self. Attachment and clinging to a self give rise to the defilements, which are the source of anguish and pain. Chöd is the practice that enables practitioners to understand emptiness of all appearances.
This course on the practice instructions of Chöd is open only to those who have had the empowerment, have finished the Prostrations and Dorje Sempa practices and who have permission from their teacher. Advance booking is essential.
