DEVELOPING BALANCE, DEVELOPING KINDNESS
with Clive Holmes
Sat 3 Dec – Sun 4 Dec £55
Our natural state is peaceful and kind. However due to our genetic
inheritance and social conditioning, we can be out of touch with our basic
goodness.
This weekend is offering simple and practical advice and exercises to
bring out our latent qualities of balance and kindness. The Buddhist
background to this is that these are the first two of the four limitless
(or immeasurable) meditations; equanimity and loving kindness.
Both beginners and those with some experience of meditation will find this
course useful. The course could be considered as stand alone but also runs
in conjunction with the course on March 31st/April1st: Developing
Compassion and Joy.
