From 6th April 2000, any donation made by an individual paying enough tax can be treated as a Gift Aid donation. This means that Rokpa Trust can reclaim the tax you have already paid, thus making your donation to us worth nearly one-third more.
- One declaration form is all that is needed for all donations including any future donations.
- As your declaration covers any donation you are kind enough to make in the future, please notify us if you change your name or address.
- Please also let us know if your circumstances change and you no longer pay an amount of tax at least equal to the amount that we will reclaim in the tax year (for the tax year 2001/2002 this is 28p for every £1 you give).
- If you pay tax at the higher rate, you can claim further tax relief for yourself in your Self-Assessment tax return.
- If you have any queries please call the accounts office at Samye Ling on 013873 73232 or contact your local tax office for leaflet IR113 Gift Aid.

I, (name->) of (address ->)  |
(postcode ->)  |
would like Rokpa Trust to treat all my donations as Gift Aid donations until further notice. I confirm that I am a UK taxpayer and the amount of income tax and/or capital gains tax I pay does exceed the amount of tax that will be reclaimed in the tax year.
