 Shrine room |

The shrine room is available to visitors between 2-9pm, Wednesday to Sunday. There are regular meditations, prayer and teaching sessions at 7pm in the evening and the shrine room is available for individuals to come and meditate during the day, thus providing a place of peace and quiet in the midst of the otherwise busy city. Decorated in traditional Tibetan colours, the warm and peaceful environment of the shrine room is enjoyed by all who visit. |
 Library |

The library houses a growing selection of books on all the four schools of Tibetan Buddhism as well as other traditions of Buddhism, such as Zen, Theravada, etc. We regret this is not a lending library. Please note: the Shrine room and library are located at our Carlisle Lane centre. |
